Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Landmark Adventures, a trading name of Destinato Limited, registered in England & Wales.
We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
1. Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Under UK law, goods must be:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described
If your goods do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
If you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
How it works:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded (but not premium delivery upgrades).
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
Within 30 Days
You are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)
We are entitled to offer a repair or replacement first.
If this fails, you may be entitled to a refund.
After 6 Months
You may still have rights, but you may need to prove the fault was present at the time of purchase.
We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom or made-to-order parts
Special order items sourced specifically for you
Items modified or installed
Used parts that show signs of fitting or installation
Perishable or consumable products
5. Condition of Returns
To qualify for a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period:
Items must be unused
In original packaging
In a condition suitable for resale
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to unnecessary handling.

7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method
Within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return)
We do not charge restocking fees unless clearly stated for special order items.
8. Exchanges
If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
9. Installation & Liability
Landmark Adventures supplies specialist Land Rover upgrade parts.
We strongly recommend professional installation where appropriate.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect installation
Damage caused by improper fitting
Use of products outside their intended purpose
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Trade & Business Customers
Business-to-business sales may not be covered by consumer protection legislation.
Different return terms may apply to trade accounts.
